Training objectives :Pour l'inscription au registre, le dirigeant doit pouvoir justifier de sa capacité professionnelle. Par dirigeant il faut désigner la personne qui dirige effectivement et en permanence l'activité de transport. Le decret n° 99-752 du 30/08/99 prevoit un dispositif particulier pour les exploitants de véhicules utilitaires légers : c'est le justificatif de capacité.
